Using TrainFuelWise

TrainFuelWise provides general fitness and nutrition education for adults. Recommendations use the information and performance you log. They do not diagnose conditions or replace individual advice from a qualified professional. Choose exercises suitable for you and stop if you experience pain or concerning symptoms.

Food and exercise information

Nutrition estimates and third-party food records can be incomplete or incorrect. Check product labels, particularly for allergens. Training suggestions are practical rules and cannot guarantee a particular result.

Trial and purchase

A seven-day free trial requires no card and does not automatically become a paid membership. Paid membership is NZ$50 per year or NZ$10 per month, billed in New Zealand dollars. Choosing a paid membership starts billing immediately, including if your free trial has time remaining. Card memberships renew automatically at the displayed rate until cancelled. Cancel future renewals using Manage subscription on the pricing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, and access continues until then. Payment failures may interrupt access when the paid period ends. Checkout confirms the total before payment. Bank transfer membership costs NZ$50 for one year from confirmation of receipt. It does not renew automatically. Sign up before paying and email your payment reference and account email to support@trainfuelwise.com. Access starts only after we verify the deposit.

Refunds and consumer rights

Your rights under applicable consumer law, including New Zealand's Consumer Guarantees Act where it applies, are not limited by these terms. Contact us if the service has a fault or does not match what was promised so we can assess an appropriate remedy. A change of mind does not automatically qualify for a refund.

Your account and records

Keep your account credentials private and use the service lawfully. Download a backup of important records. We may update the service and explain material changes affecting paid access. Existing valid one-time purchases retain their original access and do not become subscriptions. We will communicate any future subscription price changes before they apply.
