Movement science.
Real training experience.
We believe a useful fitness tool should make it easier to understand your training, fuel your day and build habits you can keep.
Explore TrainFuelWise →The experience behind the app
Behind TrainFuelWise is a master’s degree in Human Motor Behaviour and years of practical strength training. That combination matters to us: understanding movement is one thing, and making a plan work during an ordinary week is another.
We bring that experience together with published research to make the everyday parts easier: knowing what to do next, checking a movement, recording a set and keeping your food diary nearby. The website offers guidance, while leaving room for your judgement and preferences.
Built for everyday life
Gym equipment, schedules and starting points differ. You can adapt your exercises, edit suggested loads and sets, log meals and keep your progress together in one place.
Clear guidance, flexible choices
Research helps inform our approach, while your performance and preferences help guide your plan. Recommendations are starting points you can adjust as you learn what works for you.
Research you can explore
Published research informs our approach. These are some of the sources linked within the app. They support general principles, rather than proving the effectiveness of TrainFuelWise itself.
- Resistance training review
- Rest intervals and resistance training
- Proximity to failure in resistance training
- Deloading trial
- Mifflin–St Jeor resting energy equation
- Compendium of Physical Activities
Some planning choices are practical starting points. Research findings do not mean one programme is ideal for everyone, and recovery weeks are not a proven requirement for every person.
